We use the latest technologies and methods to scan every detail available on the documents we procure and receive to ensure no information is lost.

Your trust in this library is of the utmost importance. Having accurate information is essential, yet it must also be secure.
To ensure every file is accounted for, there is a 2-step process. This involves having digital & hard copy back-ups.
- Digital
All files are backed up utilizing internal hard drive space, external hard drive(s), usb & secure server.
- Hard Copy
Each document is printed off, sleeved & stored within an indexed binder.
By utilizing & following the above, you can be sure that all files will be secure.
